David Williams founded Williams and Associates, an international survey research and consulting company, in 1989 after a decade of working at Cambridge Survey Research/Cambridge Reports, Inc. in Cambridge Massachusetts.
Mr. Williams has worked with SFA’s founder since 2008.
Mr. Williams has completed survey projects in over 41 countries covering four continents on subject matter as varied as mining and industrial development, customer relationships, energy generation and distribution, risk management, and political and social trends.
In the four decades since forming Williams and Associates has consulted with corporate, political, and governmental agencies including GTE/Sylvania, Hydro-Quebec, the National Association of Government Employees, the Providence Journal-Bulletin, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Harvard University, the US Agency for International Development, the United States Department of State, and Doremus Public Relations and since 2016 has developed a close relationship suppling San Frontieres Associates with reliable survey research data.
David Williams has served as political advisor to several heads of government on the including Presidents Hamid Karzai, Petar Stoyanov, Goodluck Jonathan, Denis Sassou, Joyce Banda, Rupiah Banda, Ali Bongo, Felix Tshsekedi, and Prime Ministers Raila Odinga (Kenya), Amama Mbabazi and Benezir Bhutto, and Mikulas Dzurinda.
